ГАЗОВИ ХРОМАТОГРАФИ

GAS CHROMATOGRAPH SYSTEM SHIMADZU NEXIS GC-2030 and HEWLETT PACKARD HP5890

The gas chromatographs are designed for chromatographic separation of a wide range of volatile organic compounds and gas mixtures (H2, CO, CO2) using a thermal conductivity detector and with a possibility for quantitative analysis of individual components by flame ionization detection. Direct connection of the gas chromatographs to flow catalytic systems via six-port gas valves permits on-line analysis of the reaction products during catalytic processes, while the thermal conductivity detector allows the analysis of products containing CO, CO2, H2 gas mixtures and others. The system also includes a gas chromatograph, equipped with an autosampler, which considerably increases the number of samples to be analyzed thus improving the efficiency of the equipment.

THE APPARATUS FOR THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSIS STA449F5 JUPITER OF NETZSCH GERÄTEBAU GMBH

allows combined TG/TG-DSC and TG-DTA measurements. Conducting TG-DTG analyses allows to monitor changes in the weight of the materials under study due to redox processes, adsorption and desorption processes, as well as thermal decomposition. TG-DSC and TG-DTA analyses allow monitoring the temperature and heat flow associated with material transitions as a function of time and temperature, thereby determining the amount of heat emitted or absorbed by the sample based on the temperature difference between the sample and a reference material. The system has a top loading with a vertical design and working with samples from 3 mg to 35 g and a resolution above 0.1 μg with a rate of 0.1 to 50oC/min. The apparatus is equipped with a vacuum pump to evacuate the working space and can operate in different gas media: inert, oxidative, reductive, with automatic gas control with a built-in controller to deliver a minimum of 2 gases, adjusted by pressure and flow rate (from 5 to 250 ml/min with a resolution of 1 ml/min) simultaneously.

QUANTACHROME INSTRUMENTS AUTOSORB IQ-MP-AG (ANTON PAAR BRAND)

has four heating stations up to 1100oC, three measuring stations and a turbomolecular pump reaching a vacuum of 5 x 10-10 hPa. It is possible to measure adsorption-desorption isotherms with different gases (N2, CO2, Ar, etc.) as well as to determine the heat of adsorption. The main parameters that could be determined by the obtained isotherms are: specific surface area, pore volume at a defined relative pressure, pore size distribution by various methods (BJH, MP, DFT, and others) The apparatus provides chemisorption mode operating capabilities (with H2, CO, NH3) with fully automatic operation from in-situ preparation, including switching of the gas used, flow control and furnace control (heating and cooling).

UV-VIS SPECTROPHOTOMETER JASCO V-650

The V-650 is a double-beam spectrophotometer with a photomultiplier tube (PMT) detector. The high sensitivity of the PMT enables accurate measurements of low (and high) concentration samples. By controlling the high voltage applied to the PM tube, the dynode feedback circuit allows a wider dynamic range. It also enables the use of such solid sample handling accessories as integrating spheres to collect diffuse light transmitted or reflected by the sample. The advanced optical design results in high optical throughput and allows the bandwidth to be set as low as 0.1 nm for high resolution work such as gas and vapor phase spectroscopy. Low stray light slit settings provide excellent linearity of up to 4 absorbance units. The available Spectra Manager™ software allows full system control and advanced data processing.
